Danica Landwehr is Co Owner of HD Real Estate in Sullivan, Missouri. Growing up in St. Louis, Danica was always drawn to the rural communities. She brings an enthusiastic fast pace energy to every real estate transaction.
Once Danica established roots in the Sullivan area with her husband, Brad, and two young children she launched her real estate career. Danica specializes with first time home buyers, lake properties, and farm & acreage sales. Danica’s success led to managing a branch real estate office and now the partnership which is HD Real Estate.
